Rashtriya Raksha University -  Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Courses

            Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), India in association with International Cooperation and Relations Branch (RRB), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, offers specialised academic and capacity-building programmes for law enforcement and security professionals across key domains, including AI for investigation, policing, human trafficking prevention, narcotics control, maritime security, forensic investigation, criminal and military law, cybersecurity, and road safety and traffic enforcement under the The Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Programme, ITEC framework.

  1. Through these initiatives, RRU aims to strengthen operational capabilities, institutional resilience, and cross-border cooperation in addressing terrorism, cyber threats, and other transnational security challenges. In this endeavour, RRU is offering the following fully-funded training opportunities:

a) Road Safety and Traffic Enforcement Training

Duration                    : 05–16 October 2026

b) Counter Terrorism Strategy- Iteration II

Duration                    : 21 September – 02 October 2026

Participant Profile    : Law Enforcement, Police, and Government Officials

c) Training Programme on Criminal Profiling of Offenders

Duration                    : 07–18 September 2026

d) Training in Investigation and Prosecution Matters

Duration                    : 31 August – 11 September 2026

The number of seats in each course are limited, the allocation will be made on “first-come-first-served” basis. Prospective candidates are required to fulfill the eligibility criteria (Available on the web page https://www.itec.gov.in given against the course. 

The interested candidates are required to sent the duly filled forms to the Indian Embassy, Ankara (admn2.ankara@mea.gov.in with a copy to hoc.ankara@mea.gov.in) through the relevant Turkish ministry of Foreign Affairs. The candidates nominated should have adequate knowledge of English language - both written and spoken. It may be noted that the medium of instruction for all the courses offered through the ITEC programme is English.

The candidates should also be advised to contact this Consulate at the time of applying for the courses. An undertaking from such candidates will be required, clearly stating that once selected for the applied training course, the candidature will not be withdrawn. It may please be noted that generally only two candidates per course from one country would be selected.
